Daily Drive does not provide professional counseling, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or licensed career placement services.

2. No Professional Relationship

Participation in The Daily Drive does not create any professional, therapeutic, fiduciary, employment, or agency relationship between participants and mentors.

Mentors are not licensed counselors, therapists, or professional advisors unless explicitly stated.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The Daily Drive LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

• Employment or job offers
• Career advancement
• Financial outcomes
• Personal or professional results

Participants are solely responsible for decisions they make based on information shared during sessions.

4. Volunteer Mentor Participation

Many mentors participate voluntarily. Their opinions and advice represent their personal experiences and perspectives and do not necessarily reflect the views of Daily Drive LLC.

Mentors are not employees or agents of Daily Drive unless explicitly stated.

5. Hands-Free Driving Requirement

Because many mentorship conversations may occur during commutes, mentors and participants agree to comply with all applicable traffic laws.

If participating while driving, users must use hands-free communication devices and operate their vehicle safely.

Participants agree that their primary responsibility while driving is the safe operation of their vehicle.

6. Driving Safety and Accident Liability Disclaimer

The Daily Drive LLC is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, traffic violations, or other incidents that may occur while a participant or mentor is operating a vehicle during use of the service.

By participating in calls while driving, users assume all risks associated with operating a vehicle while communicating.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Daily Drive LLC and its mentors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from:

• Use of the service
• Reliance on advice or information
• Communication between participants and mentors
• Participation in mentorship sessions

8. User Conduct

Participants agree to interact respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform may result in removal from the service.

9. Privacy

The Daily Drive encourages respectful handling of personal information shared during discussions; however, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
