Passionate About Inspiring Others

This program isn’t about me—it exists to serve you.
I’m excited about the opportunity to use commute time that would otherwise be unproductive to connect in a meaningful way. Whether you’re a former colleague or a new connection, I’d welcome the chance to catch up.
(Note: If you were previously on my team, please reach out directly for timeslots not shown in the scheduling tool.)
I’m not an expert, but I am willing to share the lessons I’ve learned. I will not discuss project details or disclose any intellectual property from the companies I’ve worked with, and I will always speak about those organizations with respect—I’ve genuinely valued my time with them.
I’m grateful for nearly two decades of mentorship from exceptional leaders across Fortune 100 and 500 companies, as well as outstanding engineering professors. I’ve had the privilege of contributing to several key product launches over the years. Some of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned came during challenging moments—when programs went off track, parts failed, or outcomes were uncertain.
Through years of living and working globally, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for different cultures and gained meaningful experience in building and leading diverse teams—insights I’m glad to share.
For nearly eight years, I’ve been actively recruiting and interviewing candidates for roles on my teams. While this program does not offer job placements, I can provide mock interviews and guidance, particularly for engineers preparing for similar roles. I’ve had the privilege of hiring, developing, and promoting professionals across multiple regions and can offer structured advice to support your career growth. I’m also happy to review your career plans or job application approach and provide a fresh perspective.
There are several personal motivations behind this initiative. Growing up, I shared my dad’s daily 45-minute commute as he drove me to school and picked me up from the gym. He spent more than 30 years as an engineer and respected engineering manager, and his example played a significant role in shaping who I am today as a leader.
Another defining moment came when a former colleague reached out during a difficult time in my life. We hadn’t spoken in years, but he reminded me of the work we had accomplished together and encouraged me to push beyond what I thought was possible.
If even one person benefits—if someone gains encouragement or learns something that helps them succeed—then this effort is well worth it. I have just as much to learn, and I look forward to growing through these conversations as well.
I’m genuinely excited about this opportunity and hope to connect with you soon.
Sessions are available in English or conversational Indonesian.
Please do not attempt sales or promotions for your company, product or services during our sessions. I am neither selling nor buying.
